Earlier this week on the Arsenio Hall show poet Prentice Powell rocked the crowd as he performed his poem “Good Father”. Take a look at this video clip of Prentice pouring his heart and soul into this spoken word performance. He lets us into his world and opens up about the struggles that he faces as a single father who does not live with his son, but desires more time, wants to be a part of more of those monumental moments that every parent should experience, and fears that he is not doing enough.
I ain’t ashamed to say it….this brought tears to my eyes!
